Terms of the „Lifetime Car Seat Warranty” for Avionaut Brand Seats

Warranty Scope

1. The „Lifetime Car Seat Warranty” („Warranty”) is an additional warranty granted by Ł. KARWALA Limited Partnership, Szarlejka/Wręczyca Wielka, ul. Łukaszewicza 172, 42-130 Szarlejka („Warrantor”), under the conditions described here, provided the seat owner registers the product (point 2).
2. Warranty granted at purchaser’s request after registration at shop.avionaut.com/uk/warranty. Required info: serial number, country of purchase, store name, receipt date/number, scanned receipt, name, phone, email, postal code, child’s date of birth. Certificate + scanned receipt confirm Warranty. Only first owner can apply, within 28 days of purchase.
3. Valid in country of purchase; provided via authorized distributor or points of sale.
4. Covers material/workmanship defects under normal use per instructions. Duration: 10 years from purchase.
5. Repair or replacement possible; if model discontinued, replaced by closest available.
6. Exclusions:
• normal wear,
• natural aging,
• accidental damage,
• misuse,
• external factors.
7. Claim: seat must have labels, serviced only by authorized person.
